With respect to historical background, new conditions of Iran and its very high potential of the country in various fields related to tourism and medicine have prompted the Saba Health and Trade Development Company and the 3rd Millennium Health Development Institute to forge mutual cooperation, aligning potentials and capability within the framework of a mutual cooperation agreement to translate abundant opportunities and potential of Iran into action.  
Saba Health and Trade Development Company has been established through cooperation of a number of experienced international experts. Enjoying considerable advantages in different parts of the world, the company has considerable facilities to attract health tourists from the four corners of the world.
The 3rd Millennium Health Development Institute was established in 2007 through contribution of a group of physicians, with out standing scientific, medical and executive record, and started work with license number 21053. While enjoying necessary permissions for activity in the field of health tourism, the Institute has put together a group of efficient workforce representing Iranian scientific and medical society. It has considerable access to institutions offering medical services, including physicians with various specialization, heads of hospitals and scientific and executive directors of the medical society.
