Side facilities and services available to health tourists

To ease travelling of inbound health tourists to Iran and to promote and develop the process, various types of services are placed at their disposal by our staff so that visitors will have fun and experience a good and enjoyable trip under ideal conditions, while obtaining desirable services from our medical society. Our services are as follows:

• Applying and receiving visas of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the patient and his/her accompanying person(s)
• Transferring the patient and his/her accompanying person(s) from the point of entry (airport or ground entry point to the Islamic Republic of Iran) to their place of residence
• Booking hotel or apartment hotel as desired by the patient and his/her companions
• Receiving admission from the best hospitals and arranging best treatment programs as required by the patient
• Providing qualified private nursing services during hospitalization and recovery period at the request of the patient
• Coordinating all affairs for the patient’s discharge from hospital and providing all recommendations for the recovery period
• Preparing a summary of the medical report and the hospital bill
• Providing all medicine and medical equipment required by the patient
• Transferring the patient to desired medical centers or hospitals
• Providing translator in the language favored by the patient
• Making necessary arrangements for post-treatment medicare visits
• Meeting all additional medical requirements of the patient at his/her request
• Offering VIP medical services on the patient's request.
• Conducting private or group intra- and inter-city recreational and pilgrimage tours on the request of the patient or his/her companion(s)
• Coordinating and facilitating return of the patient to his/her country after completion of all medical treatment.
